All regularly enrolled Montclair State University students have a unique opportunity to participate in the Disney College Program for United States students. This program involves a unique learning, earning and living experience at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Students can earn up to 12 experiential learning and classroom credits through Montclair State University and maintain full time college enrollment and progress toward their degree while living for a semester or a semester and a summer while living in Orlando. Students also engage in full time employment at Disney World, which can lead to a full time career with Disney upon graduation.
The advisor for the The Montclair State Disney College Program is Dr. Jack Samuels and the Sports, Events and Tourism Marketing Program of which Dr. Samuels is the coordinator, houses the academic portion of the Disney Program at Montclair State. The program is run in conjunction with Pauline Allen in the Career Services Department, which provides recruitment and coordinating services for the program.
