This cohort-based Saturday-only MBA program has one start each year, in the Spring.

You progress through your studies with a cohort of fellow students, taking 2 courses in each term‚ a morning class (8:30 am - 12:15 pm), and an afternoon class (1:00 pm - 4:45 pm) . There are 4 terms each year, with 10 class sessions in each term.

The part-time study load (6 credits a term) means the Saturday-only MBA is compatible with a busy professional schedule, while it ensures that you earn your degree in the shortest practical period.

The intensive schedule and structure of this fixed-curriculum program are not for everyone. If personal and professional demands won't let you commit to a full day of Saturday classes, the flexibility and convenience of our main campus evening schedule may be more appropriate for you.

(International applicants, please note : student visa holders are not eligible for the Saturday-only MBA, as it is a part-time program.)

The Saturday-only program is designed as a general MBA degree, and students in each cohort are surveyed on the array of elective courses on their schedule. Students in this program who wish to add a concentration to the MBA degree can do so by taking elective courses on our main campus.

•  Where are the Saturday-only MBA courses held?
The classes meet on the Lincroft campus of Brookdale Community College, in Monmouth County NJ - a few minutes away from Exit 109 on the Garden State Parkway.

We are able to use the state-of-the-art classrooms and facilities on this lovely campus through our partnership in the NJ Coastal Communiversity.

•  If I need to, can I take MBA courses on the Montclair campus?
As a student in this program, you're a fully-matriculated MSU MBA: if circumstances require, you may take courses on the main campus.

For example, the Saturday-only program is designed as a general degree, without a concentration. Students are surveyed on the array of elective courses to be offered to their second year. Those who would like to add a concentration to the MBA can do so by taking other electives on our main campus.

However, you should only select the Saturday MBA option if you think you're ready to commit to its special schedule and cohort structure for your required courses: it's not practical to switch back and forth between the Saturday-only and main campus classes.

Once beginning the degree, if you find that the Saturday schedule is no longer a good fit with your other time commitments, you may switch to the main campus MBA program.

Whether you complete your MBA in the Saturday-only program or as a part-time or full-time student on the main campus, you follow the same degree curriculum.
