MBA Chat hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon), and 1 - 4:30 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. Chats are closed on Fridays during the summer terms.
MBA Chat Etiquette - Privacy and ID Security
MBA Chat will connect you with a staff member from the MBA Program for general questions you may have.
DO NOT use MBA Chat to discuss personal or confidential information. Our staff will never ask for your CWID, Social Security number, etc.
We may request, if identifying information is necessary to answer your question, that you speak to an advisor over the phone or in-person.
