Advising appointments: Phone or office
Since most of our MBA students are working full-time, current students may schedule phone advising appointments if they choose, instead of (or in addition to) in-office appointments. To set up and advising appointment, call Ms. Marilyn McAllister at 973-655-4306.
We recommend strongly that you schedule an advising appointment when you are about half-way through the MBA Program, to be sure you are on the right track.
If you have questions on any MBA matter, call the MBA Office at 973-655-4306, or send an email to mba@mail.montclair.edu. You can also contact Jonida Youngblood, the MBA Coordinator, directly at youngbloodj@mail.montclair.edu.
Please fill out the change of concentration form, sign it, and return it to the MBA office, by fax (973-655-3449) or by mail:

Application for Final Audit
Once you have filed, you will be mailed a copy of the final audit of your MBA degree, listing requirements that still must be completed in order to meet the intended date of graduation. Occasionally, a student's understanding of the requirements left to graduate will not coincide with the Registrar's analysis. In such cases, please contact the MBA Office for an advising appointment (see Advising ) to try to clarify the discrepancy. If you have any concerns, please call the Registrar at 973-655-4376.
