MBA students may choose to complete a general MBA by selecting an array of elective courses from any of the areas below, to meet their own needs and interests or they may choose to declare a single or double concentration.

A concentration in the MBA Program consists of 3-4 elective courses (9-12 sh), chosen from among the designated concentration electives listed below.
MBA students with a double concentration take at least 3 courses (9 sh) in each.

The Accounting concentration is designed to prepare MBA students for careers in public and private accounting and in financial management, and also to sit for the CPA exam. Electives in this field are valuable for MBA students whose careers involve financial analysis, financial management, or general management, by enhancing their understanding of accounting information and practice, tax issues and business law.
